核酶在肿瘤基因治疗中的研究进展
The development of ribozyme in gene therapy of cancer
摘要
核酶是一类具有酶活性的RNA分子 ,它可以序列特异性地定点切割靶RNA ,从而阻断有害基因的表达。作为一种新的基因治疗手段 ,核酶技术近年来发展迅速 ,在基因调控、抗病毒复制和灭活癌基因方面有很大的应用潜力。本文就核酶在肿瘤的基因治疗方面的应用作一介绍。
