新自由主义与经济全球化——试析经济全球化的消极影响

New-Iiberalism and Economic Globalization

当前经济全球化是与新自由主义紧密联系在一起的 ,它对世界经济的发展虽有积极作用 ,但也不可避免地会带来消极影响。其消极影响主要表现在如下几个方面 :(1)加深了全球的两极分化 ;(2 )加剧了全球的金融投机和风险 ;(3)加深了发达国家与发展中国家经济独立自主发展之间的矛盾。由于经济全球化有其固有的消极影响 ,因此 ,近年来 ,随着经济全球化的发展 ,全世界人民反全球化的浪潮也在发展。

Economic Globalization which has something with new-liberalism has both positive and negative effects to world economy. The negative effects are as follows: (1) Deepening the global polarization, and (2) aggravating global monetary speculation and finance crisis, and (3) intensifing the contradictions between economic independence of developing countries and develotbed countries. In recent years, anti-globalization activties develop along with the development of economic globalization. This is the inexorable trend of the negative effects of economic globalization.
