Current status and future directions in advanced non-small cell lung cancer

摘要 对晚期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC) ,目前认为铂类为基础的化疗方案可以延长生存 ,改善生活质量。新药联合方案可使疗效进一步提高。今后将根据多种生物分子标记物判断预后 ,指导治疗。
