摘要 目的 研究神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)在急性脑梗死早期诊断中的价值。方法 分析了我院 1 52例早期 CT或 MRI未见梗死灶的急性脑梗死患者入院时血清 NS水平 ,观察 NSE与梗死灶体积、神经功能缺损评分和脑梗死 OCSP分型的关系 ,用放射免疫法测血清 NSE。结果  NSE在发病 8~ 1 6小时升高明显 ,NSE与梗死灶体积、神经功能缺损评分具有显著相关 ,NSE与 OCSP分型也有对应关系。结论 测定血中 NSE含量并结合临床 Objective To investigate the diagnosis value of neuron Speoific enolase(NSE)in acute phase of cerebral infarction.Methods NSE was measured in 152 patients with acute cerebral infarction infarcted brain area could not be detected by CT or MRI.The relations between the levels of NSE, infarction volumes, neurological deficit and the classification of Oxfordshire Community stroke project were analysed.NSE was assessed by means of radioimmunoassay.Results NSE serum levels increased significantly within 8~16 hours after stroke onset and NSE concentrations were significantly correlated with both volume of infarcted brain area and neurologic deficit scores.Patients with OCSP subtypes showed corresponding association in NSE.Conclusion The measurement of serum NSE levels and association with OCSP subtypes is of great importance for early diagnosis and estimating of infarction location and size.
