茵栀黄联合肝复肽治疗急性病毒性肝炎疗效观察

Effectiveness of YZH and GFT on virus hepatitis

目的:探讨茵栀黄联合肝复肽对病毒性肝炎的治疗价值。方法:90例病毒性肝炎,随机分为治疗组42例(茵栀黄联合肝复肽),对照组48例(强力宁)观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组患者综合疗效、总胆红素(TBIL)和谷转氨酶(ALT)恢复正常天数与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:茵栀黄联合肝复肽治疗急性病毒性肝炎疗效显著,能缩短病毒性肝炎的病程。

Objectives: To study the effects of Yin Zhi Huang (YZH) and Gan Fu Tai (GFT) on patients with virus hepatitis. Methods: 90 cases with virus hepatitis were randomly divided into two groups: 42 cases were treated with YZH and GFT, and 48 cases (control groups) were treated with Qiang Li Ning(QLN). Results: There was a significant difference between twogroups(P<0.01). In YZH and GFT groups, TBIL and ALT were sharply lower than control groups. Conclusions: YZH and GFT have good effectiveness to treat virus hepatitis, shortening the duration of illness.
