番茄属基因组DNA遗传多样性RAPD分析 被引量:18

摘要 对番茄属 9个种的 43份材料进行了 RAPD分析 ,用 2 6条随机引物 (1 0碱基 )共检测到 1 99个位点 ,其中多态位点1 46个 ,占总扩增位点的 73 .3 6% ,依此进行聚类分析将番茄属分为 4个类群 .遗传丰度、遗传离散度、基因杂合度和 Shan-non表型多样性指数分析结果显示 ,遗传多样性均有野生类群大于普通番茄类群的趋势 。 materials from 9 species in Lycopersicon were analyzed by RAPD technique. 199 sites were totally detected by 26 random 10 mer oligo nucleotide primers, among which there were 146 polymorphic sites that occupied 73.36% of the whole amplified. According to these results, Lycopersicon can be divided into 4 groups by cluster analysis. The results such as genetic abundance ratio, genetic dispersion, gene heterozygosity and Shannon phenotype diversity index showed that greater comprehensive genetic diversity existed in wild species than in cultivated tomato, which suggested that there was much more abundant genetic variation for genetic improvement of tomato in wild types.
