摘要
目的 了解上海地区母乳中三大营养素含量。方法 收集上海市三区一县 1 2 0名产妇的乳汁 ,测定蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物的含量 ,并对产妇作膳食调查。结果 上海地区母乳中蛋白质含量高于参考值 ,市区较郊区更高 ;脂肪含量普遍低于参考值 ,郊区更低 ,市郊差异均有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5) ;碳水化合物含量接近参考值 ,市区与郊区相比差异无显著性意义。结论 上海地区母乳中脂肪含量普遍偏低 ,脂肪与新生儿脑及视觉发育关系密切 。
Objectives To investigate contents of protein, fat, and carbohydrates in human milk in Shanghai district.Methods Human milk samples were collected from 120 lactating women living in three urban districts and one suburb area of Shanghai. Contents of protein, fat, carbohydrates in human milk were measured and diet components of the enrolled lactating women were investigated.Results The milk protein content in Shanghai urban districts was higher than that of the reference value. Significant difference of protein content between urban and suburb was observed:1.92±0.36 g/100 g (urban), 1.18±0.09 g/100 g (suburb), P<0.01. But fat content in breast milk in Shanghai urban area was generally lower than that of the reference value. Furthermore, the milk fat content in the suburb area was much lower than that of the urban area(2.26±0.48 vs 2.88±0.42 g/100 g,P<0.05).Carbohydrates levels were similar to those of the reference value, for which no difference can be found in both urban and suburb areas.Conclusions The content of fat in milk was low in Shanghai urban area and fat is important for brain and visual development in newborn infants. We suggest that lactating women in Shanghai urban area should increase their fat intake. [
