TNFA^(-308)等位基因多态与中重度成人牙周炎的相关性分析

目的 :探讨肿瘤坏死因子 -α(TNF -α)基因TNFA-3 0 8等位基因 2多态性与中重度成人牙周炎遗传易感性的关系。方法 :采用病例 -对照研究方法和聚合酶链反应、限制性片段长度多态性分析(RFLP)的方法检测 12 4例中重度成人牙周炎 (AP)患者和 172例正常对照的TNFA-3 0 8基因型。结果 :中重度成人牙周炎组TNFA-3 0 8等位基因 2阳性基因型出现的频率为 2 9.0 3% (36 / 12 4 ) ,对照组为 11.0 5 % (19/ 172) ,两组差异有显著性意义 (χ2 =13.4 2 ,P =0 .0 0 0 2 ,OR =3.16 7,95 %CI=1.71～ 5 .87)。结论 :TNFA-3 0 8等位基因

AIM: To examine the relationship between the polymorphism of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α)gene TNFA -308 allele 2 and susceptibility of moderate to severe periodontitis in adult(AP). METHODS:Case-control study was carried out and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and restriction fragment length polymorphisms(RFLP) technique was used to identify the TNFA -308 genotype in 124 cases of moderate to severe adult periodontitis(AP) and 172 controls. RESULTS: The frequency of TNFA -308 allele 2 positive genotype in patients with moderate to severe AP (29.03%) showed a statistically significant increase in comparing to the control group of frequency ( 11.05% ).(χ 2=13.42, P =0.0002, OR=3.167, 95% CI=1.71～5.87). CONCLUSION:The individuals with TNFA -308 allele 2 positive genotype are more susceptibte to moderate to severe periodontitis in adult.
