摘要
研究氧化钛对水泥性能的影响在我国具有现实意义,通过实验研究了氧化钛对高硅贝利特水泥熟料矿物形成的影响,试验表明:TiO2可以促进熟料的烧成,降低熟料中fCaO的含量,适量的TiO2可以促进矿物C2S的生成,含量过高却对于C2S的生成不利;TiO2对C4AF和C4A3S生成的影响不大。
Study on the effect of titania to clinker formation is of practical significance in our country. Through experiment, the influence of titania on the formation of high-silica belite aluminosulphate cement clinker has been studied by the authors. Experiment proved that titania has advantageous effect to clinker formation and can reduce free-CaO content. Suitable amount of titania can accelerate formation of C2S, but over content of titania has the opposite effect. Titania has little effect to the formation of C4AF and C4A3S.
