总结了多来使用碱性砖的经验,认为要取得较好的使用效果,开、停是关键,设备是基础,窑皮是屏障,稳定是前提,管理是保证。对点火升温所用设备,不同情况下升温速度进行了讨论,对包装、储运、砌筑等方面的一些问题提出了看法。

Our experience in using alkali bricks for years reveals that start/stop is key crux, equipment is fundamental base, coating formation is protective layer, stability is prerequisite, and management is the guarantee for better application effects. In this paper, equipment for ignition and speed for temperature rising in deferent conditions are discussed, problems for packing, handling and bricks laying are analyzed.
