吸毒者血清IL-2和T淋巴细胞亚群的测定及临床意义

Detection of interleukin-2 and T lymphocytes subsets and their significance in toxicomaniac patients

目的 探讨吸毒者血清 IL - 2和 T淋巴细胞亚群的水平。方法 应用 EL ISA法和免疫荧光法测定血清 IL- 2含量和外周血 T淋巴细胞亚群水平。结果 吸毒者血清 IL- 2含量 ,外周血 CD+ 3、CD+ 4细胞数和 CD+ 4/CD+ 8细胞比值均比正常人组为低 (P<0 .0 1)。

Objective To explore the serum levels of interleukin 2(IL 2) and T lymphocyte subsets in toxicomaniac patients.Methods IL 2 was detected with double antibody sandwich ELISA and T lymphocytes subsets,with indirect immunofluorescent technigue.Results The patient's serum IL 2,CD + 3,CD + 4 cells and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio were lower than those in mormal controls( P <0.01).Conclusion The cellular immune function is confused in toxicomaniac.
