结肠癌急性肠梗阻46例诊治分析

Diagnosis and treatment of acute colon obstruction caused by colon cancer:An analysis of 46 cases

目的 探讨结肠癌急性肠梗阻的处理方法。方法 回顾性分析我院 1985年～ 2 0 0 0年收治的 4 6例结肠癌并急性肠梗阻病例资料。结果 4 6例患者均经手术治疗 ,出现并发症 6例 ,死亡 1例 ,病死率为 2 .2 % ,其余均痊愈出院。结论 结肠癌急性肠梗阻的处理要根据病人的全身情况和肿瘤的局部情况来进行综合评定 ,适应证掌握恰当 。

Objective To explore the management of acute colon obstruction caused by colon cancer.Methods Data of 46 cases in our hospital from 1985 to 2000 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All cases were treated surgically.Complications occurred in 6 cases and 1 patient died.The mortality was 2.2%. The other papients were cured.Conclusion The management of acute colon obstruction caused by colon cancer depends on general condition of the patient and local manifestation of the cancer.If the indication is appropriate,the primary resection and anastomosis may be safe and suitable.
