上颌骨骨纤维组织异常增殖症12例

Fibrous dysplasia of the upper jawbones:A report of 12 cases.

目的 探讨上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症的发生原因、治疗方法及预后效果。方法 对 12例上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 上颌骨骨纤维异常增殖症以青年人多见 ,12例平均年龄为 19岁 ,男女性别无差异 ,平均病程 1.3年 ,主诉以局部无痛骨性隆重起为主 ,无明显病因。手术治疗效果好 ,随访 3年以上均无复发及恶变。结论 该病病因不明 ,其病理变化主要为骨髓腔中纤维组织增殖 ,治疗以手术为主。

Objective To discuss the causes,therapeutic approaches and prognosis of maxillary fibrous dysplasia.Methods The clinical data of twelve cases of maxillary fibrous dysplasia were analysed.Results The fibrous among youg people.The average age of the 12 cases was 19 without sex difference.And the average disease course dysplasia of the upper jawbone was often found was 1.3 years.The chief complain was the local painless bony eminence without appearent pathogenic causes.Operative treatment had good effect and following up over 3 year showed that there was no recurrence or canceration.Conclusion The cause of the disease was unknown.The pathological changes were mainly the fibrous tissue proliferation in the marrow cavity.The main therapeutic approach for the disease was surgery.There was a tendency that the growth of the disease would stop at the end of the adolescence.
