摘要
以我国东南沿海的闽江水口水电站为例 ,研究了河道水情站网布局及其预报方法的理论应用问题后认为 :河道水情站网合理布局应以增设水情专用站为主 ,并建立相应的水位流量关系 ,这是提高水情预报精度的关键 ;而合理布局的技术标准当是河道水情预报方案合格率达到规范要求。采用河道流量演算法和相应水位 (流量 )法 ,对闽江干流 2 8次洪水进行同步验证 ,前者洪峰水位预报误差均小于± 0 2 0m ;比后者精度高许多。此外 ,河道流量演算法可论证高水预报参数外延使用的可行性。
