摘要 混凝土表面保温保湿抗裂防水喷涂技术的开发及应用项目为国家电力公司重点科技攻关项目 (SPKJ0 0 7-0 1) ,开发了复合发泡材料和高分子发泡材料两种新型的具有保温保湿抗裂防水综合效益的混凝土表面防护材料 ,同时开发了适合于两种新型保温材料的喷涂技术 ,并在山西汾河二库碾压混凝土大坝上游面和江西下会坑砌石拱坝上游面进行了大面积的推广应用 ,并取得良好效果。该项目于 2 0 0 1年 8月已通过国家电力公司组织的专家验收 。 The proposal of the development and application of the heat insulating, humid holding, crack resistant and watertight painting techniques for the surface of concrete was listed in the items of the key scientific and technical study program of the State Power Corporation (SPKJ007 01) Two new materials with the comprehensive benefits of heat insulation, humid holding, crack resistance and watertight for the surface of concrete were developed One is a composite foaming material and another is a high molecular foaming material Meanwhile, two painting techniques for such new materials were been developed These new materials and techniques have been widely applied in the upstream surface of RCC dam for the second reservoir in the Fenhe River in Shanxi Province and in the upstream surface of stone masonry in the Xiahuikeng in Jiangxi Province and have gained good effectiveness The expert group organized by the State Power Corporation has examined and accepted the results of this proposal and given favorable comments
