水利水电工程人工制砂技术的发展现状和趋势 被引量:2

摘要 人工制砂设备和工艺技术是控制人工砂质量和生产成本的关键因素。以棒磨机为制砂设备的工艺方法 ,一直在我国水利工程人工制砂领域占主导地位。棒磨机制砂 ,一次性投资大 ,设备运行成本高 ,且制砂过程产生大量污水需要处理 ,容易对环境产生污染。随着制砂设备和工艺技术的发展 ,以“石打石”制砂机为代表的新一代制砂设备 ,使人工砂生产技术产生了质的飞跃。其产品粒形好 ,质量容易控制 ,成品砂单价低。近年来在水利工程逐渐得到了推广和应用 ,并取得了显著的工程效益。通过对国内外水利工程人工制砂技术实践的总结与探索 ,指出了人工制砂生产实践中存在的问题和改进措施 。 Artificial sand producing equipment and technology are main factors for controlling the quality and cost of man-made sand.The sand producing by rod mill equipment is always a major way in water conservancy project in China.This producing technology characterizes large lump-sum investment,high equipment operation cost,large amount of sewage produced in the production process to be treated and easily bring about environmental pollution.Along with the advancement of sand producing equipment and technology,the new generation of sand producing equipments,as a representive type of 'sand-crash-sand' machine,has greatly improved artificial sand production.The produced sand is good in shape,its quality being easily controlled,and with low unit price.This technology is gradually applied and spread in water conservancy project and engineering benefit is remarkable.Through the research and experience summarization to artificial sand making technology and practice at home and abroad,the existing problems in artificial sand production are pointed out and the countermeasures to solve the problems are suggested,the future development direction of artificial sand making technology is discussed.
