摘要
高新技术不仅代表了当代科技发展的最新成果 ,而且将在改造传统产业和提高工业整体素质与国际竞争能力中起着先锋作用 ,可作为区域经济的支柱和核心 ,带动整个区域经济的发展。笔者在有关调查的基础上 ,分析了云南高新技术产业的现状和特点 ,及其与烟草等支柱产业的关联支持作用 ,提出云南高新技术产业发展的建议。
The high-tech not only represents the newest achievements of modern science and technology development, but also takes an active role in reforming the traditional industries and raising the whole industrial qualities in competition with the world. It is the pillar and core in the regional economy and gives an impetus to its whole development. Based on some related investigations, this paper analyses the situations and characteristics of Yunnan high-tech industry and its relationship with some pillar industries, such as tobacco, and puts forward some suggestions on its development in the end
