摘要
现代科技的迅猛发展和企业面临的经营环境的改变 ,使现代企业的组织形式发生了许多新的变化 ,突出表现为组织形式的扁平化、组织结构的团队化、组织规模的精干化和组织形态的网络化、虚拟化。
With the rapid development of modern science and technology and with the operational environment of business changing, there appear many new changes in the organizational form of modern business, which are reflected in a flat-type organizational form, a team-type organizational structure, a small-but-crack-type organizational scale, and a virtual-type or on-line-type organizational pattern.
