钴(Ⅱ)席夫碱可逆载氧螯合物的合成

Synthesis of Co(Ⅱ) Schiff Base Chelates with Reversible Oxygen-Carrying Properties

摘要 本文报道新合成的五种Schiff碱四齿螯合剂,二种五齿Schiff碱螯合剂及相应的钴(Ⅰ)螯合物。并在-20℃下进行了可逆载氧功能试验,得到了组成为Co(Ⅱ)L·O_2和Co(Ⅱ)L·PY·O_2的两类分子氧加合物。并用元素分析,电子光谱,IR,~1H NMR,TGA,磁化率和分子量测定等方法,确定了化合物的组成和分子结构式。还讨论了影响1:1钴氧加合物的稳定性及可逆载氧速度的因素。 Seven new chelates of Cobalt(Ⅱ) with four tetradentate and three pentadentate Schiff Bases have been synthesized, they are: Co(Ⅱ) L^1(L^1=anion of N, N'-bis (9-phenyi-2,3,7-trihydroxy-6-fluorone) ethylenediamine), Co(Ⅱ)L^2(L^2=anion of N, N'-his(1-phenyi-3-methyl-4-(m-nitrophenzoylpyrazolone-5) ethylenediamine), Co(Ⅱ)L^3(L^3=anion of N,N'-bis(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-(p-nitrophenzoylprazolone-5) ethylenediamine), Co(Ⅱ) L^4(L^4=anion of N, N'-bis(1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-cinnamoylpyrazoione-5) ethylenediamine), Co(Ⅱ) L^5(L^5=anion of N, N'-bis (2,5-dihydroxyacetylphenone) ethylenediamine), Co(Ⅱ) L^6(L^6=anion of N, N'(9-phenyl-2,3,7-trihydroxy-6-fluorone) diethylenetriamine), and Co(Ⅱ)L^7(L^7=anion of N, N'-bis (2,5 dihydroxyacetylphenone) diethylenetriamine). Five 1: 1 Cobalt oxygen adducts have been isolated from pyridine solvent at—20℃ temperature. The formed Compounds have been Characterizded by elemental analysis, uv/vis, IR, ~1H NMR, Conductance, megnetic susceptility and TGA. The relations between property and structure have been studied as well.
