摘要
目的 探讨显示弹力纤维电镜鞣酸组化染色方法。方法 应用鞣酸 醋酸铀电镜组化染色。电镜下观察大鼠肺内小动脉壁及肺间质弹力纤维的超微结构。结果 肺内小动脉壁及肺间质内的弹力纤维呈现高电子密度 ,而其它组织成分的电子密度均无改变。结论 此方法简单易行 。
Objective To approach tannic acid cytochemical staining in electron microscopic observation of elastic fibers. Methods Electron microscopical cytochemical staining with tannic acid-lead acetate was used in observation of the ultrastructure of elastic fibers small artery wall and interstitial tissue in rat lungs. Result In rat lungs, elastic fibers in small artery wall and interstitial tissue were electron dense while no electron density change was observed in other tissue elements. Conclusion The method is easy to master with optimum effect in selectively staining elastic fibers into high electron density.
