摘要
目的 :探讨复方双花气雾剂的药效作用。方法 :采用小鼠浓氨水喷雾法、酚红排泌量法、冰冻法、耳廓肿胀法、豚鼠蛋清致喘法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法、体外抗菌法等观察复方双花气雾剂的镇咳、祛痰、平喘、耐寒、抗炎作用。结果 :本品能明显延长氨雾诱发小鼠咳嗽反应潜伏期 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,明显减少咳嗽次数 (P <0 .0 1) ;能明显增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;明显延长鸡蛋清引起的豚鼠过敏性哮喘潜伏期 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;明显提高小鼠耐寒能力 ,提高存活率 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;并能明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀 (P <0 .0 5 )和大鼠棉球肉芽肿 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;对金黄色葡萄球菌等上呼吸道感染常见的致病菌具有不同程度的抑制作用。结论 :复方双花气雾剂具有镇咳、祛痰、平喘、耐寒。
Objective: To study the pharmacodynamics of Compound Shuanghua aerosol Methods: The methods of ammonia spray, phenel red execretion, freezing, and auricle swelling in mice, asthma induced by egg white in guinea pig, granulation hyperplasia caused by the implantation of cotton pill in rat, and antibectarial effect in vitro were used to investigate the bechic action, removing phlegm, anti asthma, cold resistance, and anti inflammation of compound Shuanghau Aerosal Results: This product prolonged significantly the latency and reduced the episodes for cough induced by ammonia in mice, increased the phenol red excretion in respiratory tract in mice, prolonged the latency of asthma induced by egg white in guinea pig, enhanced cold resistance of mice with higher survival rate, reduced the auricle swelling caused by croton oil in mice and the granulation hyperplasia induced by the implantation of cotton pill in rat, and inhibited bacteria, such as staphylococcus aureus, associated with infection of upper respiratory tract Conclusion: The product has the bechic action, removing phlegm, anti-asthma, cold resistance, and anti inflammation
