心脏跳动中动脉导管未闭缝闭术52例分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :总结浅低温体外循环心脏跳动中动脉导管未闭缝闭术的临床经验。方法 :手术在浅低温体外循环心脏跳动中进行 ,切开肺动脉 ,用 Foley导管插入降主动脉堵闭 PDA;37例直接缝闭 ,15例绦纶补片修补。结果 :全组无手术死亡。随访 4~96个月 ,恢复良好。结论 :浅低温体外循环心脏跳动中动脉导管未闭缝闭术效果肯定 。
