摘要
以棉铃虫三龄幼虫为试虫 ,从表皮穿透、生物转化、作用靶标三个方面研究了毒死蜱·阿维菌素复配剂的增效机理。结果表明 :1复配后 ,毒死蜱、阿维菌素的表皮穿透能力上升 ;2毒死蜱对酸性磷酸酯酶 (ACPase)的竞争性抑制与阿维菌素对 ACPase的非竞争性抑制与竞争性抑制的混合型抑制相结合 ,使复配剂对 ACPase的抑制能力大幅度上升 ;3对乙酰胆碱酯酶 。
The synergistic mechanism of a mixture of chlorpyrifos and avermectin B 1a on the 3 rd instar larvae of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera Hübner was studied by the analysis of interactions between chlorpyrifos and avermectin B 1a on cuticular penetration, biotransformation and target site The results showed that the cuticular penetration ability of chlorpyrifos or avermectin B 1a in the mixture was higher than that of chlorpyrifos or avermectin B 1a alone, the interaction between chlorpyrifos which had competitive inhibition on ACPase and avermectin B 1a which had mixted inhibition (non competitve inhibition and competitive inhibition) on ACPase caused the remarkable increase in the inhibition ability of the mixture on ACPase and there was ineffective interaction between chlorpyrifos and avermectin B 1a on AchE
