摘要
以 2 6个早熟禾为材料 ,在田间试验的基础上筛选出了各方面表现良好的 7个种和品种 ,后在实验室内不同温度胁迫下测试叶内的游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量及蛋白质含量的变化 ,并对各个指标用模糊数学方法进行综合评价分析。结果表明 ,耐热性强弱依次为 :草地早熟禾 (天祝华藏寺 )、华灰早熟禾 (宁夏 )、瓦巴斯草地早熟禾、扁杆早熟禾 (天祝华藏寺 )、扁杆早熟禾、思托佩草地早熟禾、硬质早熟禾。
species/variety with better performance were selected out from 26 different Bluegrasses on the base of field experiment. Physiological changes were studied under different temperature stress including changes of proline accumulation,protein and chorophycl content in leaf.The physiological changes were evaluated comprehensively with the fuzzy mathematics method. The results indicated that the heat tolerance ability of bluegrass is in following order: Poa pratensis L.(Huazangsi,Tianzhu)>P.pratensis var. anceps (Xining)>P.pratensis L.(Wabash)>P.crymophila>P.pratensis var.ance>P.pratensis L.(Storpy)>P.sphondylodes.
