摘要
试验研究以营养酸模进口原种、培育原种、鲁梅克斯K— 1商品代用种及野生巴天酸模组成四个试验处理组 ,探讨了单宁的抗营养作用与涩味形成的机理 ,并通过它们在不同生育期的含量测定和分析发现 ,酸模属植物干物质单宁酸含量呈现余弦函数曲线变化分布规律 ,各期间差异显著 (p <0 .0 1) ,其开花期后的含量均超过 1%以上 ,明显感受到苦涩味 ,影响其适口性、采食性及营养利用价值。除开花期外 ,培育的营养酸模、鲁梅克斯K— 1在各期的干物质单宁含量均在1%以下 ,可作为家畜非常理想的高蛋白饲草加以开发利用。以处理组和不同生育期的双向两因子方差分析证实 ,营养酸模的最佳采收期以在叶簇期和抽茎期之间选择为宜。
The original Nutritious Rumex imported,bred original Rumex,Rumex K-1 commodity and wild Patientia Rumex were used as exprimental malerials. The anti-nutrition function of tannic acid and the reason why Rumex has astringency were studied.The content of tannic acid in different growing period was determined,tannic acid content in the Rumex genus plant was changed in consine function curvilinear there were signifi cant differences among different growth period(p<0.01).The content of tannic acid content was over1% in the florenscence,it tastes astringent obviously,which has a bad effect on its palatability and nutritious value.Except in florenscence,the Tannic acid content in bred Nutritious Rumex and Rumex K-1 was less than 1%,they can be developed as a kind of high-content protein feed.The best mowing period should be at fascicle stage and sprouting stem stage.
