云南省热区林木良种繁育基地初步设计限额设计问题分析

Problem Analysis on Quota Design of Preliminary Design of Forest Tree Species Breeding Base in Hot Areas of Yunnan Province

限额设计就是按照批准的可行性研究报告及投资估算控制初步设计 ,按照总概算控制技术设计和施工图设计 ,严格控制不合理变更 ,以保证总投资不被突破。并以云南省热区林木良种繁育基地初步设计的限额设计为例 ,叙述了限额设计的目标确定、实现手段、控制原则、控制过程以及限额设计中采取的措施 。

Quota design is aim to control the preliminary design according to the approved feasible analysis report and rough estimate of fund inputs. Through controlling technical design and working drawing design, serious avoiding unreasonable change, to ensure the total fund inputs do not be exceeded. Taking the quota design of preliminary design of forest tree species breeding base in hot areas of Yunnan province as an example, the objective determination, means used to realize the objectives, principle of control, process of control and measures should be adopted during quota design are described, the quota design is comprehensively analyzed as well.
