摘要
实验研究了浸涂助复剂和中温轧制工艺对不锈钢和铝固相复合界面结合强度及复合板深加工性能的影响·结果表明 ,原料表面浸涂助复剂不仅可以有效清除不锈钢和铝表面的氧化层 ,同时反应生成的覆盖膜在加热时又可防止和减少材料表面的再氧化和二次污染 ,有利于提高界面的结合强度 ;采用中温轧制工艺不仅在小变形的条件下即可实现不锈钢和铝复合界面的良好结合 ,而且能明显降低复合过程中不锈钢的变形率分配 。
Investigation has been carried out on the interface bonding strength and the deep shaping property of the stainless steel/aluminum bonding sheets with a reagent coat on the aluminum and steel plates. The results indicate that, using the reagent on the surface of the raw plates not only is good for clearing away the oxidation layer on the stainless steel and aluminum surface, but also produces an overlay film by the reacting which is good to prevent or to reduce the reoxidation and secondary pollution from the material interfaces during late bonding rolling. These are propitious to increase the interface bonding strength. In addition, the technique of the moderate temperature rolling is able to achieve the fine bonding of the stainless steel/aluminum compound interface with a little deformation and to reduce obviously the ratio of the stainless steel in the total thickness reduction. This is propitious to improve the deep shaping property of the bonding sheets.
