摘要
对不同强度低频交变电磁场作用下 ,CREM法半连铸 70 75铝合金过程中的液穴 ,即熔体弯液面形状、熔体与结晶器接触高度、初凝壳形成位置点 ,以及液穴深度的变化规律进行了实验研究·结果表明 :随着磁场强度的增大 ,弯液面曲率半径及熔体与结晶器接触高度减小、初凝壳形成位置点降低。
In the electromagnetic field with low frequency and different intensity. The surface meniscus, the contact height between melt and mold, the forming position of initial solidified shell and sump height were experimentally investigated on 7075 alloy produced by CREM process. The curvature of surface meniscus and the height of contact height between the melt and mold decrease with the enhancement of electromagnetic field intensity. The sump height decreases accordingly as the forming position of primary solidified shell becomes low.
