Current State and Development Strategy of Forestry Enterprises in Xuanwei City

宣威市现有林产企业 10 7个 ,从业人员 10 0 0余人 ,年产值 5 82 9万元 ,开发的产业包括种植经济林、木材加工业、森林旅游等 ,但总的来说林产业体系不健全 ,存在着许多问题 ,主要有 :①木材加工业、森林旅游、花卉等产业发展滞后 ;②经济林品种低劣 ;③产业结构不合理 ,机制不健全 ;④资金投入不足。今后发展建议 :①建设用材林基地 ;②发展优良品种经济林 ;③积极开展森林旅游 ;④开发森林花卉 ;⑤开展野生动物驯养 ;⑥调整产业结构 ,强化管理 ,规范市场运作 ;⑦培育龙头企业 ;⑧多渠道筹集资金 ;⑨依靠科技。

There are one hundred and seven forestry enterprises in Xuanwei city, with the workers of more than 1000 people. The annual average production value is 5 829 000 yuan. The developed forest industry include plantation of economic forests, timber processing and forest tourism etc. Four main problems of the forestry enterprise system in Xuanwei city restricted the forestry development. They are: (1) The lagging development of timber processing and eco_tourism, (2) Economic tree varieties of low quality, (3) Unreasonable forestry industry structure and unimproved mechanism, (4) Short of fund input. Aiming at the existing problems, a series of suggestions were worked out. (1) Construct base of timber_use plantation, (2) Promote the economic plantation of superior varieties, (3) Promote the development of eco_tourism, (4) Develop forest flowers, (5) Domesticate wildlife, (6) Adjust the industry structure, strengthen the management, standardize the operation of market, (7) Establish'pillar'enterprises, (8) Raise fund, (9) Depend on science and technology.
