Existing State of Resin Use in Pu'er County and Suggestions on Development

思茅地区的普洱县是思茅松的中心分布区之一 ,全县以思茅松占优势的林分中 ,近成过熟林的面积达16 30 8hm2 ,全县每年松脂可采潜力达 14 6 77t,而实际产量仅 15 0 0t。其存在的主要问题有 :采集不规范 ,违章采脂 ;市场机制不健全影响脂农积极性 ;其他如松脂资源分布偏远 ,交通不便 ,从而提高了采脂成本 ,以及收购站打白条也影响采脂积极性。计划至 2 0 10年松脂产量达 80 0 0t,采取的措施有 :采用公司 +基地 +农户的组织管理模式 ;搞好基地规划 ;增加收购网点 ;加强技术培训 ;推广增脂剂 ;完善市场机制。

Pu'er county of Simao prefecture is one of the distribution center of Pinus kesiya . Among the stands dominated by P. kesiya , the total area of near mature, mature and over mature forests is 16 308hm 2, with the potential annual resin productivity of 14 677t. The annual yield of resin in Pu'er county is however 1 500t only. The existing problems which cause the low efficiency of resin production are improper collection methods, unimproved market mechanism which influenced the enthusiasm of households, inconvenient transportation which increase the cost of resin collection and resin collection stations could not encash the resins collected by households in time, etc. It was planned that up to year 2010, the annual resin productivity of Pu'er county will be increased up to 8 000t. Several strategies, including adopt the organization and management pattern of joint cooperation of company, base and household, improve the planning of base construction, promote the net work of resin purchase, strengthen technical training, extend chemicals to increase resin productivity, improve market mechanism, are suggested.
