江西农民收入与农业投资的相关性研究

Research into the Correlativity between Farmers' Income and Agricultural Investment in Jiangxi Province

通过对江西农民收入与农业投资的相关性研究 ,认为它们之间有极大的相关性 ,同时认为当前农民收入增长缓慢的关键因素是农村资金严重不足。结合江西实际情况 ,作者提出了增加农业投资、提高农民收入的两点对策 ,即 :调整和完善财政金融政策 ,减少农村资金流失 ;改善投资环境 。

Based on the analysis, the correlation between farmers' income and agricultural investment in Jiangxi Province has been found very significant. The study shows that the main reason for the slow growth of farmers' income is the severe shortage of funds. In the light of the present situation in Jiangxi, this paper puts forward two suggestions on increasing agricultural investment and farmers' income, namely, regulating and improving financing policies to reduce the losses of rural funds and improving the investment environment to attract more outside capital.
