摘要
综述中国农村土地制度沿革及现行土地制度 ,讨论现行土地制度中存在的问题 ,从理论和实践上 ,总结和探讨农村土地制度在“土地股份合作制、土地市场化改革、土地产权制度改革”等方面适合我国国情的发展与创新。
This paper surveys the land institution reform and the present institution, and discusses existing problems. It also explores and summarizes the development and innovation of rural land institution suitable for China in the aspects of share-holding cooperation, reforms of land marketing, and reform of land ownership.
