欠发达地区建立农村养老保障体系势在必行

Necessity of Establishing the Endowment Insurance System in Underdeveloped Rural Areas

中国是个农业大国 ,我国农村人口占总人口的 71% ,养老是农村劳动者乃至全体国民共同面临的问题。我国农村的社会经济发展水平还很低 ,欠发达地区养老保障制度极不完善。因此 ,在欠发达地区建立相对独立的养老保障体系已成为一种迫切的需要。针对经济体制转型期我国农村社会保障现状 。

China is a big agricultural country with a rural population accounting for 71% of the country's total. Providing for the aged is a major concern of the rural laborers and of the society. In the light of the current situation of rural social security under economic system transition, this paper points out that it is urgent to establish the old-age pension system in underdeveloped rural areas.
