摘要
基于挤压油膜阻尼理论 ,设计了带挤压油膜阻尼器的深孔内圆磨削刀杆 ,并在高精度内圆磨床上进行了与静压支撑刀杆的磨削性能对比实验·实验表明 ,参数设计合理的油膜阻尼刀杆较静压支撑刀杆具有更优良的磨削性能和减振效果·油膜阻尼刀杆结构简单 ,拆装方便 ,稳定性高 。
A new method for deep precision hole machining was given. An internal grinding machine tool bar with a squeeze film damper was designed base on the theory of squeeze film damping. The deep hole grinding was tested on a high precision internal grinding machine. The tool bar with reasonable damping parameters has supper grinding attenuating vibration property compared with general hydrostatic tool bar. The frame of tool bar is simple. The performance is stable and the disassembly and assembly department is easy.
