Problems and Countermeasures for China's Privately-owned Enterprises of Science and Technology

高新科技私营企业已经成为我国经济增长的重要力量。但由于我国的私营科技企业是在特定的历史环境中产生的 ,它在发展中仍然存在着种种矛盾和困难。当前 ,必须研究私营科技企业在市场经济运行中存在的各种矛盾和问题 ,各级政府决策部门必须积极制定各种有效的发展对策 。

High-tech privately-owned enterprises have become an essential part of China's economic growth. However because the privately-owned enterprises have emerged under special historical circumstances, there are different kinds of problems and difficulties in their development. At present, with view to further giving free rein to their play in China's national economic development, it is necessary to study the characteristics and existing problems of the privately-owned enterprises in its operation under the market economy. The government agencies at various levels must actively carry out effective development strategies.
