摘要
《管子》的领导科学强调领导者以树立权威为基础 ,以法治和德治相结合来治理国家 ,采取集权式的领导方式和注重领导的艺术性 。
The leadership science in Guan Zi stresses that leaders should rule the country both by law and by virtue on the basis of their authorities. To achieve the goals of making the country more prosperous and the army more powerful, it is necessary for leaders to centralize state power and to attach importance to leadership art.
