摘要
叙述了测量网上开关管真空度的 3种方法 :高频预击穿电流法、光电转换法和磁控法 。
In this paper,three vacuum measuring methods of vacuum switch tube in electrical wire netting are introduced,namely the predestructive current in high frequency,the photoelectric viewing and the magnetron one. In addition,both the contrasts and the analysis are carried out about each individul features.
