纯氢广泛应用于化工、冶金、电子等行业 ,本文采用 INTEL 80 C196单片机作为 PHG— A纯氢发生器控制系统的控制核心 ,采用智能 PID控制方法 ,调节电解槽的电压 ,达到控制电解槽温度的目的 ,同时检测电解槽的电流、电压及碱泵循环。该系统控制精度高 ,可靠性强 。

In this paper,the intelligent PID control method is applied to the PHG A hydrogen generator,which utilizes INTEL 80C 196 single chip micro computer as the core of the control system througth the control of such parameters as valtage,current,temperature of the electrolyzer and the cycling of the alkaline pump. The system has the advantages of higher precision and relability,to the effect runs well in the worksite.
