摘要
在 GH53 6高温合金基材上等离子喷涂 Ni Cr Al Y/ 8% Y2 O3-Zr O2 热障涂层 ,进行激光重熔 .对不同激光工艺参数下的试样进行表面形貌观察并进行热震试验 .试验结果表明 :采用 4.0 J/ mm2的激光能量密度可以得到较好的表面质量 ,并且具有高于等离子喷涂试样的热震寿命 .
NiCrAlY/8% Y 2O 3 ZrO 2 TBCs are coated by plasma spraying on the high temperature alloy substrate GH536 and then processed with laser remelting(LR). Surface morphology view, thermal shock test have been carried on the specimens which are treated with different laser remelting parameters. The results show as follows:better quality of surface is obtained when 4.0J/mm 2 laser energy density is used. The thermal shock lifetime of the LR specimens is higher than that of plasma spraying ones.
