摘要
利用苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾的紫外吸收光谱差异 ,采用多元线性回归紫外吸光光度法同时测定饮料中苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾 .该方法加和性好 ,准确度高 ,经 F检验表明回归方程有实际意义 .对实际样品进行测定并做加标回收实验表明 ,苯甲酸钠和山梨酸钾的平均回收率分别为1 0 3 .0 %和 1 0 2 .2 % .
The simultaneous determination for sodium benzoate(SB) and potassium sorbate(PS) in the beverages is carried out based on the difference of uv spectrum absorption between SB and PS using MVLR of UVAS. This new method is of good quality and high accuracy. The regression equation is of practical meaning through F examination. The average rates of recovery SB and PS are 103.0% and 102.2% respetively by means of measuring the samples.
