摘要
介绍了一种新型汽车后桥主减速器柔性装配线中配备的 CDYM-2 -0 2型主减速器壳体垫片预选机。该设备采用计算机控制 ,智能化测量满足主减速器主、被动齿轮正确啮合时 ,在轴承套凸缘与壳体间应垫垫片的总厚度 ,并指出优化选片方案 ,提高了生产效率和产品质量 ,是汽车后桥主减速器装配中的更新换代产品。文章对系统的设计思想、组成及性能特点等进行了描述。
The CDYM-2-02 preselection machine for the gasket of main reducer's shell is introduced, which is fitted on the new flexible assembly line of the main reducer of automobile's rear axle. The preselection machine controlled by a computer can measure intelligently the total thickness of gasket which is placed between the flange of sleeve of bearing and the shell when the active gear and the passive gear mesh correctly,and the equipment can also produce the optimized gasket project,so the product quality and the production efficiency can be improved. The preselection machine is a new product in the assembly of the main reducer of automobile's rear axle. The design idea, components and characteristics of the system are described in the paper.
