摘要
落锤式弯沉仪 (FWD)是目前国际上最先进的路面弯沉检测设备 ,利用FWD检测弯沉盆数据能够反算路面结构层的模量 ,进而对路面状况作出评价 .在分析了FWD与传统弯沉检测设备贝克曼梁相比所具有的优越性和二者的线性相关性的基础上 ,利用基于系统识别原理的模量反算软件SIDMOD ,结合具体工程实际 ,探讨了通过FWD弯沉检测进行道路施工质量控制的应用技术 .实践表明 ,在道路施工期间 ,FWD弯沉检测技术结合路面结构层模量反算理论能够真实地反映道路实际施工质量 。
Falling Weight Deflectometor(FWD) is the most advanced device in testing the deflection of pavement and the deflection-basin data from FWD testing can be used to backcalculate the modulus of pavement and valuate the performance of pavement. This paper analyses the advantage of FWD comparing with Benkelman Beam which is a traditional device and the good linear relativity between the two devices. Then the paper uses SIDMOD, a modulus backcalculation soft based on System Identification Method, to discuss the technology in using FWD to control the quality of road construction with actual projects. It is shows that FWD and the backcalculation of modulus of pavement can correctly reflect the quality of road construction and identify sections or structure layer of a road.
