摘要
针对冲击压实机水平方向上振动过大 ,常出现断轴的情况 ,建立了该机水平减振系统的动力学模型 ,并运用拉普拉斯变换方法对建立的动力学方程进行求解 ,得出冲击式压实机水平减振系统的解析解 。
Based on the problem that rolling Impact Compactors vibrates too much in the horizontal direction so that the spindle breaks,this paper established the systematic dynamic model in the horizontal direct ion of Rolling Impact Compactors,and obtains the analytic solution to the model using Laplace's transformation. Through analyzing the analytic solution,namely,a functional relation of aditional dynamic load response to several main dynamic parameters is achieved.
