商品混凝土后装拔出法地方测强曲线的研究

Research on Building Local Curve of Pulling-out Method for Inspecting Commercial Concrete Strength

通过对强度范围在 2 0～ 70MPa的商品混凝土构件进行 4个龄期的拔出和取芯试验 ,测得混凝土抗拔力和抗压强度 .根据 38组试验结果 ,确定了数学相关模型 ,并建立了混凝土抗拔力与混凝土抗压强度的数学关系式 ,所得曲线相关性及误差范围符合规范中规定的制定曲线要求 .试验结果表明 ,采用后装拔出法检测商品混凝土及高强混凝土效果很好 ,建议该曲线作为郑州市商品混凝土 (包括C5 0以上混凝土 )

In this paper, a new local curve of pulling-out method used to inspect commercial concrete strength is proposed. Base on the test result of 38 commercial concrete samples, the relationship between pulling-out resistance and compressive strength of commercial concrete has been discussed in detail, and the formula used for calculating the concrete strength is given out. The formula shows a good agreement with test results. By the reliability analysis, the local curve for practical use is available.
