摘要 为了探索出压电陶瓷的最佳烧成工艺以改善样品性能 ,对MgO ,Y2 O3 和MnO2 掺杂的Pb0 .95Sr0 .0 5(Zr0 .53 5Ti0 .465)O3 压电陶瓷制品进行了改性研究 .实验采用传统电子陶瓷的制作工艺 ,制得了一系列样品 ,测量了不同组分样品的密度、体积收缩率、显微硬度和部分样品极化前的绝缘电阻值 ,得到样品的最大密度为 6 .8346g/cm3 ,最大体积收缩率超过 4 0 % .研究结果表明 :预烧温度在 82 0± 2 0℃较为合适 。 The properties of Pb 0.95 Sr 0.05 (Zr 0.535 Ti 0.465 )O 3 doped with MgO,Y 2O 3 and MnO 2 were investigated in order to study the desirable process and improve the properties of specimens. The specimens of different prescription were obtained through conventional electrical ceramic process. The density,volumetric shrinkage?microhardness and insulation resistance of the samples were measured. The delicate density of the specimens is 6.8346 g/cm 3 and the maximum volumetric shrinkage surpass 40%.Such beneficial conclusions could be drawn in accordance with the experimental results: the power should be synthesized at the temperature ranging from 820 to 860 ℃,the sintering properties could be improved by the addition of MgO etc.
