摘要
采用射线追迹与Stratton Chu矢量衍射积分相结合的方法 ,分析计算小F数倒置显微镜成像系统焦区的矢量衍射场分布 .假设一线极化平面波倾斜入射在系统入瞳上 ,入射波频率在毫米波频段 ,给出了成像系统焦区衍射场分布的数值计算结果 ,其等高线图显示出一定像差条件下透镜系统的成像性能 .分析了衍射场的矢量特性 .计算与实验做了比较 。
The diffracted field in focal space of a reverse microscope imaging system with small F-number, on which a linearly polarized plane wave is incident obliquely, is analyzed using ray tracing method and Stratton-Chu vector diffraction formula at millimeter wavelengths. Numerical results including contour diagrams of diffracted field in the focal space are presented to illustrate the performance of the lens system under certain aberration condition. Vector property of the diffracted field is also stated. Calculation is compared with experimental result and good agreement has been found.
