On Transference of Work Focus of College Trade Union After Entering WTO

就我国加入WTO后高校管理模式、劳动关系、利益关系发生的变化 。

This paper discusses the college's changes of management mould,labor relationship and interests relationship after entering WTO.And it proposes that the work focus of college Trade Union should tend to maintain foculty's legitimate rights and interests.
