水基切削液润滑性能的改进研究

Study on Amelioration of Lubrication Propertyof Water Base Cutting Fluid

水基切削液具有优良的冷却、清洗和防锈性能,但润滑性能差,因而应用范围受到限制。如何提高水基切削液的润滑性能,已成为目前研究的重点。本文从水基切削液的润滑机理入手,提出了改善润滑性能的思路和方法。并经实践证明是可行的。

The refrigeration、cleaning and antirust performances of water base cutting fluid were very outstanding, but lubricating property was poor. So, it was limited in range of application. It has been more and more important how to improve lubricating property now. In this paper, the way to improve lubricating property was proposed.
