文章针对“2 + 1”教育模式中“1”阶段校外教学基地存在的问题 ,通过对校外教学基地功能的分析 ,提出了选择教学基地的九个基本要素。

This paper, by analyzing the functions of education base outside the college,puts forward nine basic key elements in view of the problems existing in the education base outside the college at the stage of “1” in the educational mode of “2+1”.
