道德法律化的限度分析

道德与法律两者属于上层建筑,具有同质性,因而道德法律化得以可能;但是由于两者又具有异质的一面,故道德法律化又存在限度;实行合理的道德法律化有利于我国“依法治国”、“以德治国”这一治国方略的真正实现。
